Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Australian Childcare Alliance Victoria (ACA Victoria) will be held on Tuesday 19 November 2024, at the Mulgrave Country Club, 469 Wellington Road, Mulgrave.
Arrival and registration will commence at 10:30am, and the AGM will begin at 11:00am. A luncheon will follow the AGM.
Note: This is a member-only event, open to one Approved Provider plus one guest and only Approved Providers can vote.

Board Nominations
Nominations are now open for positions on the Executive Board of ACA Victoria. This is a unique opportunity for dedicated members to play a pivotal role in guiding our organisation and shaping the future of our sector.
Board Nominations close at 11:59pm on Tuesday 15 October 2024.
It is recommended that all nominees read the Position Description for an Executive Board member. The Position Description outlines the responsibilities and expectations of board members. This ensures nominees can align with the Board’s vision and values and understand the expectations of the role and the required commitment.
Eligibility Criteria
Nominees must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Be a financial ACA Victoria member in good standing
- Demonstrate a commitment to ACA Victoria’s values and strategic priorities
- Have never been convicted of any corporate offence
- Have never been disqualified to act as a Director under the Corporations Act 2001
- Have your application nominated and seconded by two ACA Victoria members
- Accept and commit to meeting the responsibilities and requirements for an Executive Board member as outlined in the Position Description

Download and complete a nomination form. Please note applications for Executive Board positions must be nominated and seconded by two ACA Victoria members.
Complete the Board Nomination Questionnaire. Click the button below to provide supporting information on how you can positively contribute to the ACA Victoria Executive Board.
Nominations will close at 11:59pm on Tuesday, 15 October, 2024. If there are more nominations than available positions, an election will be held in accordance with the Australian Childcare Alliance Victoria Incorporated Constitution.
After nominations close, information regarding the candidates will be made available on ACA Victoria’s website and via direct email.

Proxy Form
If you will not be attending the AGM, you may wish to empower another person to vote on your behalf. For this action to be valid, your completed Proxy Form must be either:
- Emailed to vic@childcarealliance.org.au by 5:00pm Friday 15 November 2024
OR
- Give your signed Proxy Form to your appointed proxy holder for them to bring to the AGM.
