Conference Program

Our program is bookended on each day with a Keynote address, chosen to motivate and stimulate all delegates.

Between the Keynotes, the program is divided into "streams" with topics and presenters chosen to appeal to all delegates, no matter their role or level of experience. You may find that you prefer all the sessions in Breakout 1, or you may move between streams. This is up to you.

2WeeksToGo

In designing the program, we planned with the following in mind:

Breakout 1: you could almost see this as a Dr Louise Porter Masterclass, as Louise dives deep into children's behaviour on both days
Breakout 2: Room leaders and more experienced educators
Breakout 3: Approved Providers and attendees with management responsibilities
On Saturday, we have an extra room available to us, so have an additional stream. Breakout 4 will be quite practical in nature, with the fabulous Professor Coral Campbell, Robokids and Karen Glancy ready to equip you with terrific strategies in their fields of expertise.

You don't need to choose the sessions you'd like to attend when you book your ticket. You can think about this in the lead up to the event and then decide on the day.

New to the Conference this year is the "Practice Showcase", where you will hear from early learning services doing amazing things, relevant to the sessions earlier in the day.

At the time of  going live, a few of the sessions are still being curated - we will update this page as final arrangements are made. In some instances and particularly in Breakout 3, we like to keep a session content open until close to the event, so we can cater for anything new that might unforld during the year. Please bear with us as we finalise the program.

Also new to the Conference this year, is the Approved Provider Breakfast on the morning of Saturday 15 August. Limited to 75 places, this will be a fabulous opportunity for APs, Operations Managers, Area Managers and the like to gather together over a cooked breakfast to hear from a range of speakers on topical issues of the moment.
