Shedding light on the Exceeding themes 

The revised NQS now includes information about the three exceeding themes which services must demonstrate for any standard to be rated as Exceeding NQS. Services and Authorised Officers are now given guidance about the sort of practice that can be identified as going ‘above and beyond’ what is needed to meet the standards.

This session will assist you to come to grips with what the exceeding themes are looking for, reflect on your practice and to implement further quality improvements so that it will be evident that you are meeting the themes.
