ACAV friend Craig Harper promises a much needed dose of inspiration after such a challenging year

It's fair to say 2020 was an extremely challenging and difficult year for all Victorians, with the COVID-19 lockdowns and social distancing restrictions affecting businesses and the economy, along with the wellbeing of individuals, their families and friends.

"We have all felt the weight of 2020, so it's important that we acknowledge the stressful environment we've been working through, allow ourselves to breathe out for a moment and make sure we're practising self-care." ACAV President Sarah Tullberg explains.

"This year we made the difficult decision to postpone our Annual Conference, along with all of our other face to face professional development events in the context of COVID-19. " Ms Tullberg continues. "So we're absolutely delighted to be able to kick-start the 2021 year in March with an inspirational weekend away featuring Craig Harper - one of Australia’s leading presenters in personal transformation, fitness and leadership."

Craig featured as one of the main speakers at our 2019 Annual Conference, and proved to be a wonderful inspiration for our members in a large, auditorium environment. However this weekend away will be a lot more intimate at the beautiful Peppers Moonah Links Resort on the Mornington Peninsula, where Craig will provide a day and a half of coaching.

With a maximum of 50 participants, the intimate atmosphere will allow for real engagment in a supportive and friendly environment. The event will be attended only by people from the early learning sector, which will allow for some synergies along with the element of networking and collaborating with peers.

There will be plenty of opportunities to get to know the other participants, or to reconnect with old friends during the weekend and during drinks and dinner in our private dining space on the Saturday evening.

"We can't wait to meet Craig again, feel inspired and also see some familiar member faces. After a year of Zoom and online learning, the opportunity to connect face-to face will feel even more special." Ms Tullberg concludes.
