Transitional funding (TF) – delivering Three-Year-Old Kindergarten with an upskiller who is completing their qualification in 2022

To support the roll-out of Three-Year-Old Kindergarten, the Victorian Givernment has introduced a transitional funding arrangement which gives funded service providers (approved providers) this option of allowing an Upskiller who will complete their qualification by the end of 2022 to deliver a funded kindergarten program from the start of 2022.

Note that all other funding requirements set out in the Kindergarten Funding Guide will continue to apply.

To apply for transitional funding, funded service providers must complete this application form and submit it to their Early Childhood Improvement Branch at earlychildhood.Improvement.OE@education.vic.gov.au
