ACA Victoria's Early Learning Leaders Summit offers a well-needed morale boost!

ACA Victoria maintains a close relationship with its members, and is very much aware of the impact of the last two years on early learning service providers and their teams of staff.

With the ever-changing regulations and working conditions, coupled with lockdowns and new processes for drop-offs and pick-ups, the early learning sector has done an incredible job of working closely with their families to keep them informed, while navigating through a difficult climate and maintaining team morale.

Even just the last few months have taken their toll on the workplace mood, with owner/operators and their senior managers having to manage ever-fluctuating attendance levels and staff absences due to the current wave of Omicron cases.

It is in this climate that ACA Victoria is keen to help service providers and their senior staff find their passion, motivation and inspiration again.

ACA Victoria's upcoming Early Learning Leaders Summit, to be held at the Crown Conference Centre on Friday 1 April 2022, is a one-day, face-to-face event is designed for Approved Providers (owner/operators), Nominated Supervisors, Senior managers & other Leaders in early learning services.

The Summit Program has been curated to inspire, motivate, guide and stimulate strategic thinking as early learning service providers plan for success in the years ahead.

By removing themselves from the workplace and spending a day with like-minded people, reconnecting with old friends and making new ones, the aim is to give the early learning sector a well-needed morale boost and help operators get back on track to a sense of stability, confidence and a goal of thriving - not just surviving

With a raft of incredible speakers including Marianne Van Dorslar as MC, Keynote Speakers Kurt Fearnley, Lisa McKinnes-Smith, Jane Hunt, Tom Scantlebury, Heather Barnes along with Tamara Brown and Jade Dixon from PwC Australia (formerly Price Waterhouse Coopers) and ACA National President Paul Mondo and senior personnel from DET and DESE, it promises to be an amazing event.

Delegates will also have the opportunity to have meaningful conversations with Summit Sponsors and Exhibitors in a more intimate space than ACA Victoria's previous events.

The Summit ticket also includes a place at ACA Victoria's inaugural Summit Dinner, which will feature - thanks to our friends OneMusic Australia - a special musical performance from Australia's own Tania Doko

Best known for her success in Australian ARIA award winning pop duo Bachelor Girl, Tania is a singer, songwriter, youth worker, podcaster, artist mentor and coach as well as an inspiring speaker.  Summit delegates can view a quick cheerio from Tania here.

The team at ACA Victoria has put in a lot of work to make this a really positive event for the sector, and they encourage service providers and their senior team members to check out the program and speakers, and register their place, in anticipation of a wonderful, uplifting and engaging event
