Until 2012, different occupational health and safety regulations existed in each state. Then workplace health and safety (WHS/OH&S) was made consistent across all states and territories. However, the legislation – covering risk assessment, safe systems, environments and facilities etc focuses on physical injuries. 

Nobody is denying that they are important, but since 2012 we’ve seen a rise in claims around mental health – particularly with regard to stress and bullying. The cost to small business providers has been immense.

This workshop will help distil the lessons learnt by large corporations into practical solutions for your service, to support staff, and manage your bottom line.
