On Thursday 26 March 2026, ACA Victoria brought together early childhood educators at the Mulgrave Country Club in Wheelers Hill for the Educator’s Blueprint Conference 2026, a one-day immersive professional learning experience designed to build confidence, strengthen practice and reconnect educators with the purpose behind their work.

Sponsored by ChildCareSuper and Facilitated by Catharine Hydon and Kerrie O’Neill, two of the most respected voices in early childhood education, the day bridged the gap between theory and real-world practice, covering everything from the National Law, Regulations and NQS to routines, supervision, planning and documentation.

The room was full of energy, rich conversation and lightbulb moments that will no doubt be felt in services across Victoria long after the day wrapped up.
