Industrial Relations

We work hard on behalf of our members to identify emerging trends and major industrial relations issues affecting the delivery of early learning services as well as the viability of the long day care sector. 

This includes actively responding to critical issues that impact the delivery and quality of early learning services and active engagement with government to advocate for the best outcome in the provision of high quality, affordable, sustainable and accessible early learning services.
