Darlene Wadham is an early childhood teacher and consultant with 35yrs experience in the education and care sector. She strongly believes that early childhood education and care is one of the most important professions in the world, knowing that all future leaders and decision makers are shaped by those early connections and relationships. She has dedicated her career to supporting others to make a positive difference in the lives of children and their families. She has been heavily involved in the child safety space having previously sat on the ACA Qld board.
