ACA Victoria is thrilled to invite early childhood professionals to step inside Kids By The Bay for an Open Door Networking Event, an opportunity to see firsthand what quality practice looks like in action.

With Kids By The Bay generously opening their doors, this exclusive session will explore how outdoor education, purposeful programming, and strong, connected leadership can work together to create exceptional outcomes for children and families.

This inspiring session will highlight the service’s much-loved Beach Kinder and Farm Kinder programs, where children take part in meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that nurture wellbeing, resilience, physical development, and a deep connection to nature and community.

Attendees will also explore the innovative Kids By The Bay Bub Hub model; a thoughtfully designed environment created to support children through calm routines, responsive caregiving, and the development of secure attachments. The Bub Hub plays a vital role in shaping children’s earliest experiences in care, while also supporting smoother transitions as they grow into group learning and kindergarten environments.

A key theme of the event will be the power of a strong and cohesive leadership team. Discover how shared leadership creates consistency across the service, empowers educators, and strengthens continuity of learning from infancy through to kindergarten.
