Member Authorisation for Direct Debit
When you save your payment details securely in ACA Victoria’s Member Portal, you authorise ACA Victoria to:
- Store your direct debit details securely: We will store your payment information in line with all privacy and security standards.
- Debit your account annually: We will debit your designated account once a year for your membership renewal fee. This fee may vary depending on the number of services you have.
- Notify you of any changes: Any changes to the amount, frequency, or terms will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance.
- Provide access to records and allow adjustments: You may edit your direct details at any time within the Member Portal. You may request to view, update, or cancel your direct debit details at any time by contacting us.
Terms of Authorisation
- This authorisation is valid until you cancel your membership or update your payment preferences with us.
- You have the right to dispute any debit with your financial institution within 14 days of the transaction date.
- ACA Victoria adheres to the Australian Privacy Principles and handles all financial details securely per PCI-DSS standards.
By adding your payment details into the Member Portal, you authorise ACA Victoria to store your payment information securely and debit your account as stated above.
