Let's look at QA 7.2 - Leadership

Within early learning services, leadership is provided by the Approved Provider, the Coordinator/Manager and the Educational Leader and each has a hugely important task in promoting and supporting best practice and positive outcomes for children.

This session will explore how each leader’s motivation and commitment can create a clear sense of direction that underpins all aspects of service delivery so that an organisational culture is created where everyone is understood, supported and encouraged to climb on board for the journey.
